Bouquet: Rich and fruity with extract of peaches and apricots.
Flavor: Typical of moscato grapes, delicate, sweet and frizzante.
Varietal: Moscato Bianco di Cannelli Grapes
System of Production: The grapes are harvested at the end of
September. They are then de-stemmed and softly crushed. The
juice is then fermented in stainless steel vats.
